Conveying screws

In the field “Mechanical Conveying” are used rotary valves as well as screws. The solids solutions group offers rotary valves in the following designs: Basic, Protective system, Clean and Hygienic. In the case of conveying screws there are two designs: tubular and trough. The screw's helix can be either full-bladed or shaftless. Screw conveyors are used both in heavy industry and in the fine chemicals industry. Conveying screws, which are selected by our specialists depending on product characteristics, operating conditions and the type of task, basically consist of a trough or tube, the conveying screws, which consists of a screw shaft with a helical blade, and a drive unit.
